When this failed, a local Christian prayed over the young girl and she was miraculously healed. After this healing, Samson has been following Christ ever since.

However, his newfound faith has not come without challenges. Hindu extremists issued Samson and other local Christians a one-month ultimatum: leave Christianity or leave the village. The extremists then implemented a social boycott, preventing the believers from working or accessing the village well.

In response, ICC provided several displaced families with two months of emergency food aid. This will help address their day-to-day needs while also sending encouragement for these believers to stand strong in their faith.
