03/13/2024 Today, we have the privilege of speaking with Greg Cochran, Ph.D,.an ICC Fellow and a professor of applied theology who has done much research into the complex world of persecution in Nigeria. Here, believers have been subjected to years of violence and land grabbing.

While the violence has often been explained away as a land dispute as a result of climate change, the reality is much darker. Even if climate change were the root cause of the conflict, the scale and severity of the violence directed toward Christians is inexcusable.

Believers on the ground as well as leaders in research have found time and time again that the violence is largely one-sided. Will you please take a moment today to pray for our brothers and sisters in the region who are suffering under this genocide?
