01/29/2024 Australia (International Christian Concern) — Christianity is still the major religion in Australia, but numbers are quickly declining each year.

In this new ‘post-Christian’ environment, Religion Unplugged recently detailed the efforts of one primary (elementary) school in Brisbane that is fighting back against this decline. Redlands College, a Christian school, is employing new tactics in their school.

This includes a school chaplain focused on faith and well-being issues and planting gospel seeds with the children. Redlands also brings young American Christians and missionaries to work in the school through a religious visa work program. And the school takes missions trips to different American churches.

Redlands has about 1,400 students, one third having no religious affiliation or faith and another third only attending church on major Christian holidays.
