06/07/2023 Last May, we witnessed yet another attack on a village in the DRC, killing 16 people. One woman who suffered unfathomably in this incident was Naomi, who lost her husband, three of her children, and her home.
With your support, we stepped in to provide Naomi with food and household goods to sustain her in the immediate crisis. More importantly, we gave her the resources to start her own small business so that she can support herself and her surviving children in the future.
She expressed, “First, we thank God for keeping us alive. We have every reason to complain, but God is faithful… Secondly, we thank you for doing us such a great favor! Many had promised to assist us, but you are the only one who came through.” Thank you for helping us stand with believers like Naomi in their time of greatest need.
