(International Christian Concern) – In this third interview segment, Jeff continues his conversation with one of International Christian Concern’s (ICC) longest-serving staffers, William Stark, ICC Regional Manager for South Asia. As William’s time with ICC was ending, he recalled the moment early in his career when persecution became more real to him.

On Sunday morning, Sept. 22, 2013, two suicide bombers from the Pakistani Taliban blew themselves up at the All Saints Church. This is still the worst Christian persecution incident in the country’s history, as 127 people were killed and more than 250 injured.

William recalled when an emotional ICC staffer called him from the field to report the incident. The staffer had just lost several family members in the church attack.
