A Field Worker Called to a Plentiful Harvest Part 3

04/18/2021 Washington, D.C. (International Christian Concern) – At first, it was just a dream to reach Indonesian students with the gospel. At first, it seemed Lucia hit every wall of rejection because she represented Christ. She was a field worker without a platform. Until one day, Lucia partnered with International Christian Concern (ICC) to create her own print shop business.

With no business experience, Lucia stepped out in faith. In February 2021, Lucia received her first printing machine and opened the doors to Tenia. Its sole purpose is to encourage and strengthen Christian students at the local college and to provide resources for Muslim students to know more about Christ.

The shop’s opening has also allowed Lucia to expand the ministry and bring more people into the mission of reaching the students at the local college. “We have been focusing on training 83 people in evangelistic training in collaboration with several Christian student associations in several areas,” Lucia said. “I am grateful that the presence of this platform allows the participants we trained to witness that God cares for our ministry. God cares for our team down to the smallest things.”

Lucia and her team are spreading the gospel’s good news to many who have not heard it before, following her dream of following the Great Commission. Matthew 9:37-38, “Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
