02/26/2019 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – With your help, we were able to reach our goal of funding 10 communal farms in less than six months and begin developing the first six of these farms in that same timeframe. These farms help to stabilize communities that have been affected by persecution by providing the neediest in each village with jobs, sustenance, and support. This brings hope to those who have suffered some of the worst tragedies imaginable.
At the time of writing, the first two communal farms are already up and running, each serving approximately 600 people. Now we are starting our second round of farms in the Nigerian dry season. The next four farms will each help 500-700 Christians begin to rebuild their lives after being devastated by Fulani militant attacks. Each of these locations has been chosen by local communities to empower those who have been affected by attacks and to protect the crops as best as possible in this unstable environment.
Thank you so much for your continued support and prayers for our brothers and sisters in Nigeria. We are truly grateful for the help that God has sent to them through you.
