We just received wonderful news! North Korean defector Jennifer (name changed for security) received a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer this past April. Upon hearing about Jennifer’s diagnosis, ICC provided her with assistance to help pay for living costs during her chemotherapy; our staff went to visit her and prayed for her during this difficult time.
We just received news that she is cancer-free! The doctors said they don’t know how this happened but we know that God is a God of miracles. Physicians can provide treatment in efforts to cure the illness within our bodies but they can never fully heal the disease—God is the only healer and He healed Jennifer!
Thank you for praying for Jennifer and please continue to pray for North Korean defectors like Jennifer who still need much assistance and prayers to succeed in life even after escaping the country. #IAmTheBridge
