According to World Watch Monitor, in the last two years, extremist Muslim Fulani herdsmen have murdered more than 1,100 Christians in Taraba State, Nigeria, alone. While the world’s attention draws mostly to Boko Haram and the terrors the militant Islamist group has waged against Christians and others since 2009, ethnic cleansing is happening across Nigeria’s Middle-Belt region, and the world remains silent. The following report details only as much as an estimated half of the violence against Christians in Taraba from 2013 to 2015. Read more:
