An American missionary has been arrested in Thailand for smuggling North Koreans into the country.
A Thai newspaper reports the arrest was made after they crossed the border illegally from Laos.
The missionary was charged with aiding them against the law. Immigration police are holding the North Koreans, who appear to have relatives in South Korea.
If Seoul grants them entrance, they may not be deported to North Korea.
