ICC Note: Kenyan defense forces raided an al-Shabaab camp on Sunday, killing 11 Islamic terrorists and reportedly foiling assaults planned for the anniversary of the Mpeketoni attacks, which killed 60 people, including many Christians in June 2014.  Al-Shabaab was also responsible for the attack on Garissa University College on April 2 that killed 148 people where Christians were targeted and Muslims let go.  The group has also expressed its intention to kill “nonbelievers” or Christians and other non-Muslims at the commencement of the Muslim season of Ramadan.
