In November of 2014, ICC’s Advocacy Department conducted a Capitol Hill Advocacy Tour on behalf of Bishoy Armia Boulous, an Egyptian convert imprisoned and charged with blasphemy for asking the government to change the faith listed on his identification from Muslim to Christian.
