Rescuing and serving persecuted Christians since 1995

In early February, ICC met with officials in the U.S. embassy in Cairo to discuss the U.S./Egypt relationship and the need for greater engagement on the persecution of Christians and other religious minorities. Issues raised included the kidnapping of Coptic Christians in Libya, the effective ban on constructing new places of worship, and the case of Bishoy Boulous, a Christian imprisoned for attempting to change his identification card from Muslim to Christian. ICC consistently works with members of Congress, the State Department, and other leaders to ensure the stories of the persecuted are heard and addressed at the highest levels.
