When most people think of Kenya, visions of African animals and safaris come to mind. Something most people don’t associate with Kenya is Christian persecution. Despite this popular perception, there is persecution in Kenya, especially in communities located on Kenya’s Swahili Coast or near the Somali border. To help uncover the stories of persecution in Kenya, ICC staff hired a vehicle for a four day road trip through the Swahili Coast and other regions close to the Somali border.
