Nahid Shirazi and Meghdad Babakarami were conditionally released by Iranian judicial authorities following a government raid on a house church that resulted in their arrests, Mohabat News reports.
4/15/2011 Iran (Mohabat News) – Following a major home invasion by the government security agents that resulted in the arrest of several members of a house-church in the city of Kermanshah, two detained members of this house-church were temporarily released, following the posting of bail money, until their next court date.
According to reports received by the Iranian Christian News Agency, «Mohabat News», following the home invasion by government security agents that resulted in the arrest of three members of a house-church in the city of Kermanshah, two of these detained members were temporarily released from custody by posting bail.
Based on this report, Mrs. Nahid Shirazi who posted a bail of approximately $20,000 USD and Mr. Meghdad Babakarami who posted a real estate bond valued at $40,000 USD were conditionally released by the judicial authorities. These individuals must report back to the court once they have been summoned to begin their trials.
Moreover, since his arrest until now, there has been no contact and information made available regarding the third person arrested in this house-church invasion and the family of Mr. Masoud Dilijani have expressed much concern and worry about the condition and the well-being of their loved one.
