The second time he was arrested was June 16, 2010. In the interval he was not in prison himself, but more believers had been arrested. Behrouz wrote letters of protest to various government officials and agencies. He also continued to minister to the churches throughout the country. After requesting a meeting to discuss the situation with authorities he was summoned to Shiraz for that purpose. When he arrived they took him into custody and put him in the “plate 100” security prison.
