Graham’s Ministry Helps Sudan Survive

In their struggle to assert their rights to worship freely, the southern Sudanese need the support of their Christian brothers and sisters. In this interview, Franklin Graham talks about the projects that his ministry is undertaking in south Sudan .

01/09/2009 Sudan (CBNNews.com) – The president of south Sudan is wrapping up a visit to the United States .

President Salva Kiir was in the U.S. to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the peace agreement for north and south Sudan .

Kiir met with President Bush and the U.N. Secretary General earlier this week. He also met with Franklin Graham, head of Samaritan’s Purse.

The ministry has invested more than $60 million to rebuilding the Sudanese area.
