Orissa: More arrests over Hindu leader’s death

ICC Note: It appears that the state of Orissa is taking seriously threats by radicals to engage in violence against Christians if the killer of their leader is not arrested.

12/15/08 India (ChristianToday.com) – Police in the trouble hotspot of Orissa in India say they have arrested more people in connection with the murder of a radical Hindu leader.

The head of the police in Orissa, Arun Kumar Ray, said four people were arrested on Sunday, taking the total number of people arrested over the killing to seven.
