Strike continues for Church of Christs restoration
ICC Note: Christians continue a struggle to regain their church after it was seized by a Sheikh.
2/8/08 Pakistan (Daily Times) – The Human Liberation Commission of Pakistan (HLCP) on Thursday continued their token hunger strike for the third day against the inability of the authorities concerned to resolve the issue of the Church of Christs desecration.
In a press statement, an HLCP official said the authorities had failed to restore the Church land to the Christian community and bring the alleged offenders to justice.
