Friday, November 23, 2007 Nigeria (Nigerian Tribune)-Five persons from Kano State accused of planning to sabotage the country were on Thursday charged by the Federal Government before a Federal High Court in Abuja with alleged terrorism.
Though the accused persons were docked, their plea could not be taken following the decision of Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako to transfer the trial to a colleague, Justice Babs Kuewumi of Court 5.
