Police say top Jemaah Islamiyah suspects could lead to other militants

6/22/07 Indonesia (AP) – Zarkasih, identified as the head of Jemaah Islamiyah, and Abu Dujana, the group’s suspected military commander, were among nine people arrested in anti-terror raids on Java island in the last week…

“We hope the information we get from them will lead us to other members of Jemaah Islamiyah,” national police spokesman Maj. Gen. Sisno Adiwinoto told reporters.

Four other suspects arrived at Jakarta’s air force base on Friday afternoon, he said, adding that the three others were being questioned in Yogyakarta or awaiting possible release because of their age or small role in the terror group.
