Christian attacked in Ujjain , the central state of India
2/5/07 India (GCIC Persecution Update India) – Mukesh Badehi a Christian was beaten up in Ujjain today (Feb 5th) at about 11am. His small shop was ransacked by the nearby shopkeepers (mainly RSS and Bajrang Dal Activists) radical Hindus. Mukesh was first accused of killing cows and later of assaulting Hindu shopkeepers. The radicals have shut down the city today protesting against the killing of cow. The militant Hindu organisations are planning a rally against Christians on 11th February.
