(ICC) – On Saturday, newspapers reported that Saudi Arabia detained 40 Pakistani Christians for holding prayers at a house in the Muslim kingdom, where practicing any religion other than Islam is illegal. A group of men, women and children were attending the service in the capital Riyadh when police raided the house and authorities found Christian tapes and books. ICC has received word that all forty Christians were released after being detained for a short while. After being held longer than the rest, the pastors were released as well.
