ICC note: We have been following the situation with this church and community, and it is a blessing to see some justice and resolution coming to the situation. Please continue praying for this church, this community, and the family.

Many of you will remember the story of the Apostolic Church in Boraluwewa which was demolished and burnt on the 15th of February 2004, and the subsequent acts of harassment suffered by the Christian community there.
The Police have filed a case against some persons accused of destroying the church. The first day of hearing is tomorrow (18th February 2005). The family that owns the land on which the Church stood are called upon to give evidence in court. This family needs your prayers as they go before the court tomorrow; they are nervous and afraid.
Please pray for the entire community of Boraluwewa; pray that wisdom, love and justice will prevail.
