Azerbaijan’s vague religious laws leave too much room for persecution. While the police deny doing raids at all, many have happened in recent months. Children and their parents are held for questioning while police demand that notarized, signed parental consent is necessary for the children to be at church. This article documents a few of the most recent cases.

At least 40 people from Mai Htawng village arrived at the church yesterday and it is expected that more will come over the next few days, according to church volunteers. Church officials also say they cannot continue to support the displaced people unless they get more aid.

This week, an hour's drive south of Jakarta, the capital city, Indonesian churches invited more than 9,000 Christians to take part in the World Prayer Assembly 2012. Such a large Christian event has never been held in this majority Muslim country.

CBN and Gary Lane do great work with this video being the latest example. The video highlights the need for prayer support for Iranian Christians. It is also really encouraging because it reveals what most people in the West don’t know. That is that the Church in Iran is exploding. It is for this reason we are looking for funding to send 20,000 bibles there in the next few months.

This is a great article that accurately breaks down the Islamist issue in Nigeria and the future if the government doesn’t deal with Boko Haram and the Islamic radicals in the North; the violent breakup of Nigeria.
