Annual Hall of ShameOur annual “Hall of Shame” report seeks to give an accurate view of the top ten countries that have executed the most severe brutality towards Christians in the previous year, direct attention to the plight of persecuted Christians, and to publicly condemn their perpetrators. For each country in this report, ICC analyzes the historical, political, cultural and religious conditions, and presents a personal testimony from a Christian who was or is being persecuted. In 2009, the top ten persecutors of Christians were as follows (in no particular order):
