Active Petition

Jamaa Ait Bakrim, a Moroccan Christian, has been serving in prison for his faith since 2005. He was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for “proselytism”  and “destruction of the goods of others,” both trumped-up charges used by the authorities to rid themselves of the unpleasant reminder that the Moroccans do convert to Christianity.

Sign the petition to pressure the Moroccan government to release Jamaa and to stop persecuting the underground church. Please follow the instructions below and have your signatures back to us by August 31st.

How You Can Help

#1 Pray. The first thing you can do to help is stop right now and ask the Father to intervene.

#2 Review our petition. We have found that evil prefers to stay hidden and when we shine the light on it, it flees.

#3 Electronically sign the petition.

#4 Print out the petition and take it to your church and have everyone you know sign it.

Feel free to print out extra signature pages for large numbers of sign-ups. When you have collected all your signatures, please mail them to:

International Christian Concern PO Box 8056 Silver Spring, MD 20907

#5 Forward this petition to all your e-mail contacts and ask them to do the same.

ICC is constantly monitoring the state of Christian persecution in countries around the world and looking for ways that we can act as bridge between our supporters and the persecuted church. Beyond the projects you see above, we are working in many other areas to provide practical assistance to our brothers and sisters in Christ. View our other projects page to understand more of our work and keep up to date on our current projects.
