ICC Visits with Wives of Imprisoned Pastors in Vietnam

In late October, ICC visited with and provided support to Mrs. N and Mrs. D, pastor’s wives whose husbands were arrested for refusing to halt their ministry. Mrs. Nguyen’s daughter watched as police tied her father to the back of a motorcycle and dragged him away. Both women report that their husbands have torture and forced labor while prison officials pressure them to sign admissions of guilt.

In many villages such as the one pictured, Christians have little recourse when their loved ones are arrested.

ICC is constantly monitoring the state of Christian persecution in countries around the world and looking for ways that we can act as bridge between our supporters and the persecuted church. Beyond the projects you see above, we are working in many other areas to provide practical assistance to our brothers and sisters in Christ.
