Trinaith went to the jungle with his herd of goats so they could feed. He was unaware that riots had broken out and Christians were being attacked and killed. In 2008, when he was on his way home he encountered a mob who upon finding out he was a Christian beat him to death. His wife and children were left with no income and have struggled to survive the last four years. ICC heard of their plight and sent our representative to document their story.
Trinaith’s widow told us, “As I am a widow people won’t respect me, they don’t call me for marriages, birthdays, and other happy events. Now people will come to me as I am the owner of a shop, and I can feed my children. Praise the Lord. I thank all the persons who worked hard for the success of this project. Please pray that this business will prosper and all will be benefited.”
