In June ICC brought you reports of three Christians in Assam, India who were brutally beaten by a mob of Hindu radicals. The mob then turned on other Christian families in the village, destroying their homes and stealing their belongings, including their precious livestock. They will not only have their livestock replaced, but are also being financed to start small businesses, which will provide a sustainable income. When the families were told about the help they would receive, they were overwhelmed with gratitude and said, "We have never thought to receive help from so far, from those whom we never saw." We told them that it is the love of Christ which has united us all.
