Saudi Arabian Officials Assault, Strip Search Christian Prisoners

ICC Urges Saudi Arabia To Release The Prisoners

Washington, D.C. (January 24, 2012) – International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that Saudi Arabian officials strip searched 29 Christian women and assaulted six Christian men after arresting them for holding a prayer meeting at a private home in Jeddah. The prisoners are currently being held at Briman prison in Jeddah.

We feel humiliated because the security officials stripped searched us. They used the same glove to search several of us at the same time. Some of my friends are suffering from physical pain to their private parts due to the unsanitary condition of the strip search. We haven’t committed any crime. We are imprisoned for worshipping the God of heaven and earth,” said one of the female prisoners during an interview with ICC.

Speaking to ICC, another prisoner said, “A high-ranking security official insulted us saying ‘You are non-believers and animals.’ He also said, ‘You are pro-Jews and supporters of America.’ We then responded, ‘We love everyone. Our God tells us to love everyone.’”

In a message for Christians around the world, the prisoner said, “We want you to help us to get out of prison in every way you can, including prayer. Please tell your governments about our plight, contact human rights organizations and others and inform them about us.”

ICC’s Jonathan Racho said, “The Saudi Arabian officials are committing serious violations of human rights by detaining and mistreating the Christians. It is outrageous that the officials indefinitely incarcerate innocents for practicing their faith. We urge the Saudi officials to release the prisoners and respect their religious freedom.”

Please sign this petition asking the Saudi Arabian government to release the Christian prisoners.

Call the Saudi Arabian Embassy in your country and ask them to release the prisoners.

What kind of faith do you have? Is it the kind that stands
up for the cause of Christ? When the world looks at you and your actions, do
they see Jesus in you? If you are a true follower of Christ you will do great
things for the Kingdom of God. When God’s word says we are free, it doesn’t mean
we are free to live and act like the world, but free from the power of sin and
death, free to follow the risen King from this days and everyday thru eternity.
Jesus’ blood was enough. Quit making excuses why you do nothing but blacken the
eye of the cause of Christ. We either build up or tear down by our actions what
God is trying to accomplish in and through us for a lost and dying world that surrounds
us. Too many self proclaimed Christians for far too long have been sitting at
the table of the enemy. I tell you: get up and turn off your TVs, computers, video
games, and phones; it is time to labor for the Lord. It is time for you to get
out from underneath the rock and stand on the Rock of Jesus the Christ. Dead
faith cannot save. James 2:17 says faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. Stand up for
your Brothers and Sister and stand with them, sign the petition. Rage against
the enemy in all we do. Fight the good fight and never give up. Stand firm and
stand with those who are being persecuted for their faith.

More "compassion" from the "religion of peace".  Think of the reaction of an American treated a Muslim in America like that.  However, they get away with treating people like non-humans and get away with it in the name of Islam.  Truly sickening.
